MAINTENANCE

Routine Maintenance
Routine maintenance is important to the long life of a generator. Getting your generator on a maintenance plan allows a routine way to inspect the generator and identify potential problems before they become a major cost. We recommend that you have your generator maintained at least once a year.
Also, you will need to do additional maintenance after long power outages and extended generator run times (40 to 60 hours). If these longer run times do happen you should get a Mini- Service* to change the oil, oil filters, air filters (checked), and a thorough systems check.
Maintenance Plans
There are several different maintenance plans offered for generators based on size, model, and desired visits.
